We are thrilled to have Mr. William Bunch as our Speaker. Mr. Bunch was born in Crystal River, FL and learned the ethics of hard work at an early age, starting as a dishwasher at the hotel then known as the Plantation Inn at the age of 13. He is the owner and master chef of Oysters Restaurant and Catering.

We are so excited to present the Inaugural MLK Leadership Gala here in Citrus County on Saturday, February 1, 2025. It will feature out of this world décor, a phenomenal great speaker, fantastic food, delectable desserts, amazing music including a live jazz band, a stellar silent auction, and of course, the wonderful people of Citrus County!!

The dress code for the 2025 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Leadership Gala is
Black Tie Optional.
A Black Tie Optional dress code gives guests a couple of formal options to choose from. Men are requested to wear a tuxedo, but can opt for a dark suit. Women can choose from either a formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates.

A consumate performer, Sonjah has always been the lead vocalist for NJ LadyFingers. She adds a Br
